Strange looking East Medal....

Hi Guys,
I just got this one in the mail and was wondering what ya'll thought. I haven't seen one that looks like this before. The detailing looks good, but its lacking any paint. Do you think its good? Please let me know. I'm not too concerned if its bad, I didn't pay much for it at all.
