Heersbergfuehrer badge

Larry,

It's difficult to make observations about this badge without seeing a reverse picture. Original badges were made by Deschler and are so marked on the pin-assembly. Fakes have a spurious maker in Garmisch (which coincidentally is the town in Bavaria that I am staying at at the moment).

If you do a search on these badges you will see examples of originals and the one's you should stay clear of.
