DRA Badge Help

Hello,

Starting to sort through my fathers WWII bring backs and found this DRA badge. Can someone shed light to how and to whom this badge was generally awarded to? Also looking to clarify if gold or bronze but me thinks this is the bronze version. Would like current market value via PM if possible - not for sale but documenting these items. THANKS -

My DRL with swastica Badge (Ferdinand Wagner) have the same number. But, my DRA Badge have another number...

it is a bronze version.

The number is a trademark registration number.
