Eagle for Ribbon Mount

Does anyone know where I can find a 1" silver eagle for a four year heer service ribbon mount?

I was looking for one of these devices about three months ago, and it was difficult at best to find one. What I ended up doing was buying another WH 4yr Service Award that was in bad condition just for the eagle device alone, then sold the medal and ribbon on eBay just to re-coup some of my money.
