wow .. what an amasing set of ribbon bars and pins. may i ask what you will do with it all ? imagine all those nicely framed all together would look stunning

Very nice, I think you should leave them as found and frame the lot, backing board and all to help preserve them as is.
Think it might have been a keen young collector post war?

really interesting set there. it's especially good as it is obviously old and the original german writer got some of the ribbons wrong (and I'd bet that's female writing to boot)-the american writing translates the german above. Note on the upper left bar she thinks the Bulgarian ribbon is a LS medal (10-e.g.12).
What really jumps out is the period HK device though-that is very cool indeed.
