roenk sorry to disappoint you, but this is a fake piece of the Ohio ribbon parts fraud. Put together ribbonbars with mostly real ribbons and devices. Most obvious sign is the hand-snipped catch.

I have to agree with Gerd, the construction here screams Ohio.

Another giveaway is the use of swords/wound badge combo on the 1914-18 ribbon. This device was used on buttoniers only!
