Prague bar question

Hello all,

Were there different types of Prague bars issued in the standard size? I have seen come October medals in a lighter color with lighter colored Prague bar spanges and I have seen darker October medals with darker "chocolate" colored spanges. So, my next question is........are there any October medals that are lighter/darker in color with the different lighter/darker spange combination or were they always issued in the same color tones together? Please let me know either way. Thank you.

For instance, here is a dark/dark combination, but is there a light/dark or dark/light combination that is known to have been together since the start?

Hi William to my knowledge the colour of the Prague bar did not always match the colour of the October medal. Have seen caramel looking octobers with darker Prague bars. Did they start off that way can never be proven, but I cant see any reason why not. All the best
