Ribbon Bars - Who Sells 'Em?

Aside from the major American and Euro on-line Dealers, does anyone specialize in, or keep a large inventory of 3R ribbon bars? I need a fairly specific ribbon bar and need a shove in the right direction.

I think that he has bowed out of the German ribbon bar business(for the most part anyway) and is heavy into the Soviet Orders and ect.

I collect ribbon bars. What combination are you looking for?
