Police(SS?) Service Bar & Bow..

Good afternoon Gentlemen, I place before you a ribbon bar with it's bow equivalent. Any comments, good or bad, would be much appreciated..

Very nice. This was an OLD boy, presumably, with a long service award from Saxony from before the First World War, stayed in the Police during WW1--hence not even a Hindenburg Cross--and was still in, pushing retirement at the end of the 1930s.

Not "exciting," but absolutely legit.

a very nice set! I really like the police long service awards for some reason...probably because they saw a lot more combat than anyone suspects and were generally older age men.
