Gebirgsjäger w. Ribbon Bar

Hello:

What is the second award that this Gebirgsjäger of the 1. Regiment is wearing? Behind the Sudetenmedaille and with crossed swords.

Normally at that place I expect something foreign, but I have no idea what foreign dec it could be.My guess; Might be a incorrect placed KVK 2nd class with swords.

It is very dark... looks as black as the Sudeten stripes. Very narrow, what appears to be narrow white colored edge stripes with a thin same dark edge. Don't be confused by the side of the metal tab unit showing-- the ribbon ends with a tiny narrow dark stripe.

My best guess would be something SLOVAK. My references are incomplete, but I have seen a ribbon (I've forgotten what it was) that was black with pale blue edge stripes and silver swords, about like this ribbon.
