          The Real Deal

          Hello Stijn
As a 'helicopter dude' just about to leave the house, a thought:
It is not uncommon for aviation parts to be 'faked;, with false papers, stamps etc., bringing quite a profit to those who deal in such things.. the downside is that they do not attend the funerals of those who die when those parts fail...
Now I have become paranoid about the pieces in my collection - just got a black light, to find that my non-combatant EK II ribbon was made by Uranium Sam... ah well - so much to learn, so much to learn!

Thank you for the wishes, and
All the very best to you and to yours,
          from
          Phillip
