This is a "classic" Leibstandarte SS Adolf Hitler group, as perusal of many books with period photos will reveal.
Kurt "Panzer" Meyer received a pinback grade of the Bulgarian Bravery Order. The last ribbon probably represents either a ribboned grade of that Order or a silver Cross affiliated with it, for the Yugoslav/Greek campaigns of 1941.
A blank blue Third Reich long service COULD be Polizei 8, or an RAD Long Service Medal-- but both of those would be a stretch with the EK2, East Medal, and Bulgarian awards. This ribbon here no doubt represents the SS Long Service Medal (a 4 or an 8) given to career enlistees in the pre-war SS-VT (Waffen SS).
Good looking ribbon bar my friend but there is one thing that strikes me as rather odd => look at the sword devices from the War merit cross, these are very heavely corroded ( or so it seems ) and the ribbon looks quite nice ?, wouldn't one expect to find also rust traces on that particular ribbon ? ( just a observation from my side )
