    KRETA cufftitle, real or...otherwise??

I really need some help on this item. I know very little about these. I know the repros abound so I thought it wise to take the time on this deal. Please let me know what you think? Robert

I'm sorry for this. I am trying to get the photos down to the size that they will be compatible with this format. They were taking far too long to come up for viewing. This is the way I received them from the seller. I'm not quite sure how to perform this so it may take a while. Robert

        Kreta Cufftitle

        Hello Robert,

Regarding this particular cufftitle there are some things that strike me as odd .

The cloth does not seem to fit the normal cloth used for these cuff's, anotehr point off concern is the lettering ( altough this is not a absolute point to verify the originality as there where more then one producer so these can vary , etc ... ) off this cuff, the stamp is also some point of major concern ( what does it say ? )

From what I can see at the moment this is not one I should want.

You need to gett better pictures, ask for a flat scan off the obverse and the reverse, both closed and open ( with open I mean the 2 flaps folded over so we can see the lettering from the reverse ! )

        Cordial greetings,

I have been having trouble reducing the size of this photo to fit this particular forum. Here is a photo of the reverse with the flaps still closed yet still revealing the lettering. I also agree with you on these few points. The example on the forum reveals a totally different pattern of the diagonal stitching on the letters and the base material. This may take a while to download. Please be patient. Robert
