Dear majorpayne,

Apparently there IS a case for that award, as it is mentioned in Detlev´s price guide besides the paper packet.

But I doubt it looks like this. The case on ebay looks like one of the replicas from Müller, England in texture and style.

original casses I have seen are light tan in colour

It's not a bad case. Many parts are rights but from the bottom and the material's type of the box outside I think is a after war made.
