FJ pictures

Marco or maybe others,Bill etc..do you have any pictures of the FJ at the po valley battles in italy in april/may 1945.Like know the FJ suffered some heavy losses there,not shure how many,hundreads or thousands maybe dead?.

But seen a few pictures of dead FJ on the river banks,are there any of them before the battle,as prisoners.This info i have now says 18th/19th april 1945,"in its last set-piece battle of the war the 2nd New Zealand Division defeated German parachute units at the Gaiana River".

Info on the FJ in the gaiana river mentioned in the link above and a picture im shure of a killed FJ on the stopbank.

Hi Bill, just a quick qeustion for you if you don't mind. How many photo's do you possess? :-)

I never really have counted them all. I have over 300 photo albums and about 20,000 snapshot size photos. I've been concentrating on collecting portraits the last five years or so but never have counted them. I think that would take the enjoyment out of it a bit. As you can see on my thread most of what I am posting right now are the more recent portraits I've acquired. I still have alot of my older portraits that I pull out of the photo holders on occasion and I'm not even close to finishing them up! Many of them go back to when I first starting collecting them in Germany in 1988.
