    Paratrooper Bandolier opinions please?

Hi guys, I have the opportunity to buy this bandolier, what do you make out of it, does it look ok?, thanks and regards, Juan

I have surveyed around and the button stocko looks textbook

I have a good feeling that the whole bandolier is good and definetely had its share of action, there are a few missing buttons but that is not a problem, all in all the bandolier looks good. Look forward to hearing about your comments

Thanks John, glad to hear that from you. In regards to the colour, normally speaking the ones I have seen around are either navy blue or splinter camo, but never saw this light brown, what corp do you reckon it belonged to?

This "mustard" colored fabric is typical late war for Fj bandoleers.

As bandoleers go they are not rare, they still are desirable for Fj collectors however.

Juan, I doubt yours saw any action. They look unissued. Snaps come off just by mishandling them. They made these with two types of snaps; small "Stocko" snaps and the larger "Prym" snaps. Both are common and the prices have dropped. Surprised to see the ones listed on Mike's site for $800. In today's market that is the price of mint splinter bandos. Based on show prices....

Thanks Willy, by no means I did pay that price. I am very happy that I finally got a bandolier, considering I did not want to spend lots of money

Thanks David, glad you like it. Bought it finally for nearly half of the 800 USD that were mentioned previously on another bandolier just like mine. Taking into account that mine has 4 or 5 missing buttons I reckon I got a very good price
