FJ-Helmet for opinion

Personally I don't see a problem, but I'm really no expert on helmets. So may I please have Your opinion in case of this later-war FJ-helmet? Please ignore, that someone painted a swastika to the front.
If it's ok, what about the value? I was offered it for 4k.

Thanks, SMP! That answers the first of my questions. I was a little bit insecure because of the many views without comments.
Concerning the value, I just wanted to know whether this is too much or ok for a helmet like this. It's easy for me to decide when it comens to orders or groupings, but I don't know much about ACTUAL helmet prices.

It looks like a nice helmet, the straps are in good condition in particular. Weitze has some dealer prices for similar helmets in euros . Private sale? Maybe the 3500 range.
