Appears to have been uniform removed. Soft green wool base-Cotton stitching with red thread back stitching. Variation in the lettering from other examples I have found...Italian made? Good..? Bad...?
I missed this thread. While I think the lighting brightens the green base too much, I think this one is fine. A felt variation. The red thread you see is the filler thread, and it appears there is a glimpse of red on the front.
