The advice to buy only from a reputable dealer offering a lifetime guarantee is a must when dealing with expensive & much-faked items, unless one is highly knowledgeable oneself. With online auctions, no way to even be sure you would receive what you pay for even if experienced collectors approve based on the pics.

....all you need is a trash dumpster for that helmet, nothing more!

beside the wrong shell shape, take a simple view on the liner stitching and you´ll notice what kind of helmet it is: crap!

Yep, cool....... but I´m sure, that you have to spend 1800 Euro (and more) for a "crap" live examination.

There are enough guys on eBay who will pay such an amount (oh my lord, spend them some brain ).
Write the word "Fallschirmjäger" on a closet and I´m sure you´ll get good cash for.

Good God almighty!! looks like a GSG9 helmet I have been selling (for reenactment purposes) on consignment to my friend who runs a Military surplus store....does anyone want to buy it for 691 EUROS!!!!!!!!
