It is very common, a RZ20, the type you find mostly. At every show you can buy one, in better condition.
They use to sell for 2000 to 4000 U$, but 2 month ago there were some at an auction for much less, all unsold.

BTW, packing is quite easy, just lotzs of power and sweat needed ;-)

This particular harness started life as an RZ16 and was converted to an RZ20.

I'm not lacking the power and don't mind sweating. The space is what I'm lacking...it funny you say "very common". I find wound badges to be "very common" not FJ parachutes...

What is the difference between the two? Is a converted RZ16 less common then an RZ20.

In short the RZ16 did not have the quick release buckles, and yes the converted ones are less common.

The collecting community has wondered for many years why no RZ16 harnesses have turned up and the reason is they were converted to the RZ20 type.

A nice piece. It is missing the D Bag and static line. Is the canopy complete?

                                Gentlemen,
Look at my pictures of the R.Z.16 harness and container ( outer bag )
In a few minutes I will post R.Z.20 harness/container pics.
It would be interesting to go back to discussion about converting 16 into 20
Look at the container and the way it is sewn into harness and the chest strap :
