    My first Para Lid

Hi guys, I pulled the trigger on this late war SD lid, it has most of the decal present and appears lightly worn. There is the usual slight cracking to the chin strap leather and a slight tear in the liner.
Many thanks to fellow member Mathluft from Ardennes 44 and of course Willi for his help
Trying to photo a helmet is more difficult than I expected!
    Cheers - Greg

The takedown is a R.B. numbered 20 Paul Weyersberg, the first patterns are another Weyersberg and two SMFs. I would love to have more but they are difficult to get hold of in the UK and Customs tend to seize and destroy
                    Cheers - Greg

Hi John, UK customs are a joke, they destroyed a stone mint SMF I had bought and told me after the event saying it fell into the same category as a flick knife
Yes a Camo is definitely next, it's the saving up and having to wait that hurts the most!!!
