Inner bag for RZ20 parachute

My friend has this, all he could say about it was that he thought it was for a parachute. I believe this is an inner bag for the RZ20, is that correct? My friend wants to know just what it is and is curious what a reasonable selling price would be for it, I believe he wants to get rid of it. Any feedback would be appreciated.

More photos. It is stamped with a serial number, Geraet 10-431 B-1, what looks like a 1943 date stamp and a BA stamp. Thanks in advance for any comments.

the bag is in nice condition BUT the static line is missing .
I would estimate it around $100 .
