    soldbuch from a early fj

Ok its only a copy but was sorting a few things out and came across this, i sent this copy soldbuch to a dear late friend who i shared a few beers with , over the years i was lucky to know him. asking him to fill his details if he could still rember, a year later it came back to me , with a note saying it took a week to fill in and a year to find the stamp , thanks for looking martin.

Your mountain cap must be a size to large, if any one has Volume 1 of the FJR Regt 3 book , i think it's between pages 74/85 the is a picture of about 7 Army Fallschirmjager standing in front of a truck , one of these is Herr Blum with his friend willi , both men dropped on Kreta , and where lucky to survive the war . Sorry don't have the book to hand at pressent , but next time i drop in the desert i will dig it out with my " Eispickel",,,,,,,,,,
