G.A.Hoffmann firm produced LW tropical caps for sure,see some pictures in John Hodgin's book or Kurtz's book....let's wait for another opinions,especially on the eagle and the maker stampComment

Antonio, I have never seen a Hoffmann tropical cap with that style of markings, fabric (both the lining and the cap), or eagle.Willi

At best, an enlisted upgrade. You can see where the original stitch line was removed for inclusion of the piping. Eagle appears to be the same eagle that is found on the Berolina caps with pen size markings.Comment
