Can't say for certain but it appears the soldier on the right with the MG34 is wearing a FJ helmet cover.

Other one could be,W-SS or Heer.(regular helmet)

Have seen period photos of Heer soldiers wearing SS camo gear though...It's probably SS.

IMO its not an FJ-helmet, the sides are not in the steep degree I would expect to see at a M38-helmet.
The shoulders of the soldier just hide the lower skirt of the helmet, so it looks like a FJ-helmet at first look.
The "band" on the cover is way to high for the foliage-band on a FJ-helmet-cover. Dont know what it is, maybee from a face-veil?
