2nd Fallschirmjäger A.u.E. Division

In a account about the battle in Holland, april 1945, I came across a unit designated as 2nd Fsj A.u.E. Division. Does anyone have info on this unit. Was this the 'stamme ' for 21 Fallschirmjäger Division ???
Any info will be more then welcome.
