I've just got a quick question if someone can be kind to answear. I know there is a first and second pattern eagle and that the second came in White and Ivory color. But by chance was there also a subdued light Green one?

Yes,
There is a subdued EF-type eagle, but there is no evidence it was ever applied to FJ helmets during the war. A few have been post-war applied and sold as original. Most serious FJ collectors avoid them.
