Hi Eric,

Welcome back!!! I knew you were still out there although not participating in any discussions....I know what you mean about being angry at "Management" I stopped posting because of the editing policy...which rubbed me the wrong way. I finally told myself get over it as it does no one any good as I enjoyed sharing my photo collection to much to spoil it for all. Anyway....Glad to see you back...now keep those Para photos coming my way and you will make me extremely happy to hear from you every time.

My sincere thanks to Edgar, Dan and the others for your very kind comments. I really do appreciate it. It has been nearly a year since I last posted anything in this (or any other militaria related) section on this forum. I guess it has not been easy to reconcile my anger towards the "management" with my profound interest in the subject. In my opinion I have been treated incredibly unfairly by the management of this site. Some will have a different opinion but because I am not in a position of "power", and others are, I loose by default. No debate. No recourse. My communications with some (certainly not all) of the individuals associated with this site have taught me just how immature, teritorrial and petty some adults can be. It's actually quite sad really.

But, no more complaining. I have decided not to let a handfull of self important,
egomaniacal individuals preclude me from enjoying the hobby to the fullest. If it makes them feel better about themselves by keeping me from returning to the moderator position, then what can I say. Glad I could help......

Thanks again to everyone for the kind words and looking forward to participating in some of the discussions going forward.

I have no idea why ? We need guys like Eric on this forum his knowledge is invaluable ! Whoever suspended him I hope it was worth it because the WAF is a weaker site without him.
