Thanks... is it possible that they also did wear the 'general' AFRIKAKORPS cuff title (as on your photo) on the blue fliegerbluse with the 'sand colour' fabrik removed...

The blue AFRIKA is a "theatre of operations" title and is not meant as a true connection with the "AFRIKAKORPS" title.

True Leroy, but it may be also good to say that the blue 'Afrika' band is not anything like the Afrika with palms band.

Yes, Afrikakorps bands were sometimes worn on flying blouses, but they were not altered with tan farbic removed, and the wear of them on blouses was rare.
