From what I see, (maybe lightly too over-exposed pictures) a very big chance of it being a good one.

Saw that one last year here on WAF (yours?), the backing was more gray on these pictures (lighting).
A lot of these with gray and dark gray thread are for sale on auction and dealer websides. Offered by wellknown frauds.....
A gray backing isn´t that bad (normally) and often seen on original Luftwaffen cloth patches, but here I´m afraid....

personally, I am not yet really convinced that this is a reproduction so I would like to handle it and do some - in depth - research on these LW cloth badges for myself. Please let me know who is selling this and others maybe.
