Need some help , please

Hello Gentlman,

Just a simple question in reference to 5cm mortar German mortor shell .

I have recently starting buying a few pieces of Luft. ordinace from a very reliable source. I noticed a few different types of German mortor shells in his display case and the 5cm ones I was told were used exclusively by the Germa Para troops. I am not well versed on this , therefore any information on this would be greatly appriciated. The price per piece was $140.00

I don't know if they were used exclusively by the German Para troops, but the price seems pretty high. You should be able to find a decent example for about $100.00 or less.

All branches of the Wehrmacht used the 5cm mortar. Certainly the FJs used them too. The price of the round would vary greatly depending on condition; paint, rust, markings, etc.
