If I did not know any better I'd say some jackarse did a scrub and engraving job on that snap to make a believer in faireys !.

I'd say the jack-hammer markings in the letter grooves are a bit of a givaway, as opposed to the original numbering.

If you use some oxidation fluid on the metal you might get the original letters visible again underneath the engraved Prym logo.

I think I see an outline of letters which appear to be "Wuk" under there. Lots of effort was made on this one.
