i found this photos on the net ,its show Polish Warsaw uprising veterans reunion 1 august 1957 ,the women wore a tan&water smock ,all this camo stuff was loan from film studio in Lodz/Poland .

Great photos!

After some research I`ve found some other photos of FJ tan&water smock from Łódź Film Studio in "Kolumbowie" TV series from 1970 (its about 1944 Warsaw Uprising). I wonder if it isn't the same smock.
