    Interesting document but not for incorporation in the Der Führer Regiment but by the last unit, very rare : SS-Funkschutz Btl.

      Thanks Polux. I'm wasn't familiar with that branch or unit.

      From Wikipedia:

      Radio protection (Funkschutz) was made up of SS and Orpo security personnel assigned to protect German broadcasting stations from attack and sabotage. The Funkschutz was also the primary investigating service which detected illegal reception of foreign radio broadcasts.

      Is that correct? Very interesting.

        I'd say the 3 entries for stomach shooting are for the same wound , he must have had complications with that wound (otherwise he would have been awarded more than the black wound badge).
        Still saw some later action though with the other forearm wounds, and interesting info about the Funkschutz posting.
