It is one of the specificity of the Lw Sb. The most known is Fliegendes Personal, but you can find many others specialities, in Flak or in Funkdienst, airplane technic service, and more.... Always in red on first page.

As I am concentrating on Heer only, I have only 3 Lw.-Soldbuchs, but all 3 are missing this entry.
Also nice to see that example of the 1 m R 36 in reality, in that link posted by Ian !
