Heeres munitionslager Antwerpen did exist for sure, but I never seen an ekm for it. For me the wear to the holes is odd, unless the guy wore it with wire around his neck it seems very "harsh"

If you found it yourself then it might be ok. I have reservations, it looks odd to me.

please post reverse picture. As was already mentioned, holes have really strange marks from wearing but I also find it rather suspicious.

If it is offered to you for gratis only then I would accept it. If it is being sold then it might depend on the seller. There are unscrupulous dealers out there.
