Translation Help

Could anyone please help me translate this document? It is glued in the back of a Flak Wehrpass I have - I believe, from what I can make out, that it lists individual actions that the soldier was involved in, the date and the place. I would be most interested in knowing what the column on the far right is about.

Well the second column relates to town and date of shooting/firing or in Luftwaffe terms an aerial victory!!

However, it does say written underneath that it was combat against ground targets (Erdziele).

I will have a better look later when I have time..........

In fact can you show a close up of number 3? That mentions ground targets also something to do with an aircraft and searchlight!

I presume these battles would have qualified him for some award?

The award page itself is hard to make out as the wehrpass was damaged by water, although it appears as though an additional award was added under the small stamp with the date 20.03.1944. As far as I can tell he got the 1938 Medal, Ostmedaille, EKII, Silver Wound badge and XXX (Cant make out)?

There's lots of scribbling going on but no more awards than mentioned....

East Medal..to the left of that Änderung which was an ammendment or alteration..no doubt for the date!

Can't quite make it out but it looks like successful results as an aircraft was captured in their search light on 17?.8.1942 08?:30 hours at Staraja Russa.

Because of his pariticipation he received 1 point towards the Flak badge.

Hello David.
In the first 2 entries the first three words in English are "combat actions against ground targets";
To complete/supplement Ian's reading:" Erfolgreiches erstmaliges Auffassen eines russ(ischen) Flugzeuges durch Scheinwerfer am 12(?) or 17.8.42 30 ? um
Staraja Russa." Or in English: " successful initial pick-up of a russian plane by searchlight on 12.(?) or 17. August 1942 30 ? near (or at) Staraja Russa.
