Seerappen dog tag ekm Stutthof

Last week I also got this tag. Has anybody seen one like this? As far as I know, Seerappen was an airfield in East Prussia and late 1944 to beginning 1945 it was a sattelite camp of KL Stutthof.
Could it be that this tag, I think it belongs to the polizei heimatwachzug of Seerappen, was from a member of the guards of this camp? There were about 1400 jewish woman and a 100 man working there.
Any opinion is welcome.

Most likely a not good one. You can see the stamp went through what is in 99 percent a wrong sign! Also the letters are quite poor too from the front side.
