SS Soldbuch- Good?

Hello-
I am asking for opinions on the SS Soldbuch shown in the attached images. Is it a good one; yea or nay?

I find it rare to have a polizei with an SS soldbuch, that late in the war. So in my mind, it is fake.

Original late war PO " old guy", 57 years old , SS Soldbuch .
IMO denazified once with pencil on the runes . Not that rare to find ?
It could only be original also , as Niemann signed it ...

Nothing wrong with it......Polizei came under SS or Himmler took over in August/September 1944 and most were issued this style with the SS Runes on the front as opposed to the green Polizei one.....they differ considerably to a Waffen SS Soldbuch but people do get them mixed up.

It is common to find these with the SS Runes scratched out or inked over...for obvious reasons....

Thank you all for the great feedback and information. It is much appreciated. This one came to me along with some other, unrelated, pieces. These are wonderful to peruse, but they are far afield from my usual area of study. I'm thinking it is soon destined for the e-stand.
