Wehrpass problem – LW Flak 8,8 cm Kanonier

    Hello,
today I purchased Wehrpass of Flak 8,8 cm Kanonier, and I countered a few problems with translation of annotations in it.
Fritz Tegeder was IWW veteran, who served in 22. Field artillery Regiment in 1918. In 1936 he come to Wehrmacht as a volunteer and was trained in 10. Battalion od 4. Flak Regiment in Dortmund. He served in Luftwaffe artillery only in firs stage of IIWW (22/8/1939 – 9/9/1940). After that he was discharged (with Werpass I got document confirmed those fact – “Entlassungschein”), but I couldn’t find reason. In this period he was promoted to NCO position (Wehmeister). The last note in his Wehrpass was from 9/4/1945! He didn’t got any awards (except SA Sport Badge).
    My translation problems:
Page 3 – his (some kind of teacher?) and his father profession?
Page 20 – he was skilled in Flak 8,8 cm handling, K98k, and what was KDO.-Gerate (some kind of artillery tractor)?
Page 21 – is that mean, that he was send for weekly course od NCO / Officer candidate?
Page 22 – what is the first promotion in his Wehrpass (it looks like Hauptgefereiterr-Anwarter, but I have doubts…) After Gefreiter, he got Reserve Officer Candidate (R.O.A.) position, but as I see, he didn’t become officer candidate, because he was promoted to NCO (Unteroffizier, and finally Wehrmeister).
Page 24 - wht does it mean "Kanonier (Hfa.)"?
Page 32 – unfortunately all his annotations about his “war adventures” for me are completely unreadable
And my last question: for what purpose was that pink document?
    Thanks in advance!
    Regards
    Michael

      page 22 -
      1.12.39 Überzähliger Unteroffizier der Luftwaffe
1.9.40 promotion to Wachtmeister der Luftwaffe - (Wachtmeister is correct for a Feldwebel in the Artillerie of Flak)

      page 3 -
      Gewerbeoberlehrer = senior-vocational-teacher
      his father is a Berufschuldirektor

      page 20-
      Kdo-Gerät = Kommandogerät
      see here: http://zweiter-weltkrieg-lexikon.de/...ommandogeraete

      page 21-
      Kurzlehrgang fur Offiziersnachwuchs in Paderborn

      page 24-
      Kanonier (Ufa) Unteroffiziersanwärter

      page 32-
      L.V.Z. - West
      Verwendung im Operationsgebiet

pink paper is to be kept in the Wehrpass and identities the person as essential worker needed in the war industry

This is a Wehrpass without issues, the stamps are fine.

        trans

For page 32 I read B.V.Z.- West. Verwendung im Operationsgebiet --- Westfront. In 1940 his last assignment is with a reserve fortress flak unit and he is in excess to their needs, so he could be released for whatever job he had.

Gentlemen, thank you very much for your help!!!

I have last question – what could be the reason for his discharge? Expired time of his volunteer contract, health condition or important to war industry?

            Regards
            Michael

              reason

As a 40-year-old he wasn't really active service material and as a teacher for whatever trade (unspecified) he was more important for his role in training workers until the end of the war when he was recalled on page 41 on 9 April 45 IMO.
