The first is for clothing issue (ration-type coupons).
I think these were in use,mostly, by people who were bombed out of their homes.

Hi;
I have a few of these too.Mine I bought at a Black Forest village flea market for pocket change.
But they don't bring high prices,no more than any III Reich paperwork(a few Euros,depending on place of issue & number of intact coupons not clipped off,I suppose.)
What makes yours nice is that it belonged to someone in Hamburg-a city nearly wiped out by firebomb storm.That would make yours "special"(as one,say,from late war Dresden.)
This is only my opinion,however as I'm a casual "paper" collector.

the linen card is nice, i paid around 12 euros for my last one.. if you were selling i wopuld offer around 15-17 euros
