    The overpaint still has a grey/blue Luftwaffe color to it but it's not beyond a possibility.

              Wi.T.Fl.Rgt.31

              which means:

              Wirtschaftstruppenteil of Flieger-Ausbildungs-Regiment 31

              Administrative Supply Section of Flight Training Regiment 31. This unit was formed on 1 April 1939 in Heiligenbeil in Luftgau I (Air District I). In 1941 it moved to Hilversum in Holland and was renamed as Flieger-Regiment 31(Flight Regiment 31).
