    SS Artillerie Wehrpass

I have found hereinunder mentioned Wehrpass of a guy from SS Artilerie regiment 3.

I feel a bit ambarressed due to several issues:

    1. The name mentioned on page 2 does not match to the name mentioned on page 1 and 2:
    2: Johann Waczulek
1, 3: G .... Watzulek (I am unable to read first name, but definitelly starts with "G")

The other trouble I have is that the foto is stamped with stamp of SS Artilerie regiment 3, eventhough he became member of it 10 month after he joined W-SS

Third trouble I feel is, that all stamps in the wehrpass are just those of SS Artilerie regiment 3.

    Is there any explanation?

You can see the listing here:

    My opinion:

Non 100% matching "name spelling" - IMO not a serious problem, especially in a case of "Volksdeutschen".
Stampings - hard to tell when stamped, maybe later during his service.

Anyway, if I decided to fake WP on such high level, completely UV negative etc., be sure that spelling of the name and stamps would be absolutely precise

IMO these "issues" cannot make this WP in any case a fake. Absolutely not

It's "Hans" und "Johann", which should be okay.

Your '...definitely a G' is actually an H. If you can find a Sutterlin alphabet table (and there's one somewhere in the threads here on WAF), you will see that a capital G is different than this.

It's called "Learning", and that's what we're here for.
