    Help with a stamp

    Hello,

I know is difficult, but someone can read or understand the stamp of this Wehrpass-page?

I only can read maybe kp 54...

    Thanks a lot.

    David.

The entry with the stamp is dated 27.8.1939 - before starting WW2.

Normally there should be other entries in this Wehrpass dated a bit later later naming the unit again and may be also others stamps from the same unit.

Right Gerdan, thanks. I´ve just see that in page 12 there is the same stamp:

it´s a little bit clear... so the soldier belonged to 1 Gebirs Division, and the battle order in 1939 was as follows:

      Gebirgsjäger-Regiment 98
      Gebirgsjäger-Regiment 99
      Gebirgsjäger-Regiment 100
      Gebirgs-Artillerie-Regiment 79
      Gebirgs-Panzerabwehr-Abteilung 44
      Gebirgs-Aufklärungs-Abteilung 54
      Gebirgs-Pionier-Bataillon 54
      Gebirgs-Nachrichten-Abteilung 54
      Divisions-Nachschubführer 54
      Gebirgs-Träger-Bataillon 54
      Gebirgsjäger-Feld-Ersatz-Bataillon 54

      So I think is Divisions-Nachschubführer 54.

One last question. Why three dates in this page?

      Thanks.

      David.
