more entry help needed with my A.R 114 WP group

Hello,

im trying to pace myself and not bombard you guys with a million entry questions,i have 8 of the 22 completely figured out/translated to english,this one i have 3 questions about,the handwritting is not very easy for me to read,any help will be appreciated.the first one is a question about the training entry on the first line,i think line 2 says sanitats and sanitats unteroffizer (please correct me if im wrong!)

The first line in the first port refers to Richtkanonier and Hilfskrankenträger.

I think the second post refers to "Granat Splitter im Gesäss" (should be Granatsplitter in one word, not two) - basically a shell splinter in the backside (ouch).

Post no. 3 refers to "Für die Richtigkeit der Erstellung der Wehrpass-Zweitschrift", i.e. that the duplicate Wehrpass has been correctly compiled, and signed in Erfurt on 17 October 1944.
