    is it un or usual for one stamp on awards page for many awards or could this be done in a replacement book

              Zweitschrift in this sense means second issue. It does not mean 'copy' in the 'fake' way.

                The entry actually says Abschrift which can mean copy.

                When entries are made like this, as Peter mentioned and Gary pointed out, it could well be a Zweitschrift or second copy/duplicate.

                This could be because the original Soldbuch was lost, damaged or simply full of entries!
                Always be careful when examing entries that are all in the same hand as it could well be a bad fake, in this case however it looks ok.

                    In the first post, the transcription (Abschrift) of the entries (from another source such as Wehrstammbuch, or whatever) has been confirmed by a Leutnant in Neuruppin.
