My Second Grouping, Soldier from Krim Campaign

    My Second Grouping, Soldier from Krim Campaign

    Here I am have a grouping that is on its way. Belongs to Gefreiter Klaas Hüismann (can I get help on the middle name) , he was killed during the Krim Campaign while serving with the 170 Infantry Division on 7.5.42 by being shot in the head and died at the age of 21.

    He was awarded the following medals:

    -EK2-17.10.41
    -IAB 25.11.41
    -Black Wound Badge 4.3.42
    -Eastern front 16.8.42 (posthumously)
    -Eastern front 1.12.42 (posthumously)
    -Krim Sheild 15.2.43 (posthumously)

                I have all the soldier's medals coming but I am missing his black wound badge award document. Also I was able find him on German War Graves Commission under "Claas Huismann" (first name is misspelled). So comments are welcome, I might be asking for some help on this grouping in the future so I can do a write up on this soldier. Right now can I please have some help on the middle name and thank you to everyone on this forum for the help in the past!

                        No one got awarded more than one Ostmedailen - if you were on the eastern front during the Winter 1941/42 you qualified for the award, once.

                        A clerical error in this case.

                          Very nice grouping.

                          As stated, someone made a mistake somewhere by awarding him the eastern medal 2 times.
