I read the names of the places as :

Netta, Lipk, Wilna, Lepel, Ostrowna, Lobok, Duchowshena, Wjasma, Dubrowna.

Fahrt, Isakowa, Chlepenche, Rshew, Kulnewo (?), Sopki, ??.

It´s Lipsk.
I had yesterday allready the whole route but then I had problems with inserting the link. Will try it in the afternoon again, when returning from work.

christof, here´s the first part of the route on Google Maps. Note that the letter "F" stands for "Lobok" and the letter "I" for "Dubrovnya" (guess that the document shows a wrong written name, often the case in russian names).
