Opinion's on DLV Membership ID

Hello,

Could I please get an opinon on this DLV membership ID. It appears that the a newer picture has been glued over the original. Also, what do the stamps mean, especially the ones on the lower half of the id.

The stamps are the receipt for the monthly membership fee: März 1937, April 1937...

A replaced photo devalues the Ausweis. You will often see a mixture of stamps.
