RAD ID Book from 1934

Hey guys:

I just picked up this really nice RAD ID book. Never had many documents come my way... is it unusual? seems like I see a lot of Heer and Luft type booklets but I've not noticed any RAD.

Apparently someone translated about everything in pencil, thank God. This fellow was a young buck back in '34 and I wonder where he ended up!
